This type of humidifier acts by particles immersed in city water with an electric current between them, generating heat and eventually steam. The amount of solutes in the water is checked and measured at the stage of water entering the tank
The amount of steam produced is directly related to the amount of electric current and the volume of water in the tank. The amount of current in the electrodes is measured alternately and the amount of steam produced is controlled. Due to the evaporation of water in the tank, the amount of solutes increases and increases the conductivity of the electric current. To prevent this, the water is drained by the solenoid valve and replaced with the fresh water.
